The beginning of autumn was a very intense and stimulating period for FIM: over the last few weeks, we officially presented our 340 REGINA to the public, and we took part in two significant events in the Italian boating sector.
Despite the difficult times our country is experiencing, sea and boats’ enthusiasm continues to beat vigorously. In the face of adversity, the desire to look forward and share something exciting emerges with greater force.
We inaugurated our 340 REGINA on 18th September with a three-day event held on Lake Garda, precisely in Padenghe sul Garda.
With the picturesque setting of tree-lined banks, mountains in the background, modern and ancient villages and towns, and majestic palaces that tell the Benaco story, we let the public visit and test the boat with sterndrive engines.
On Lake Garda’s waters, 340 REGINA shown its high-level performances and its strong personality.
After this successful debut, we took our 340 REGINA to the Genoa Boat Show, the largest event on the Mediterranean, from 1st to 6th October.
During its 60th edition, more than 71 thousand visitors attended to admire the best that Italian and foreign shipyards have to offer, and what better opportunity than this to present 340 REGINA to the world?
On this occasion we gave two interviews to present the the boat’s features and strengths, published on Salone Nautico TV and Canale Italia YatchLife.
After Genoa, it was the turn of Salerno to make 340 REGINA debuts also in the South of Italy, the place where people most know how to appreciate the sea’s pleasures.
We participated in the Salerno Boat Show in Marina d’Arechi, from 10th to 18th October: a niche event increasingly becoming a reference point for southern boating.
Here too, 340 REGINA stood out, attracting Il Messaggero, who wrote very flattering words on the boat.
After these intense weeks, we returned to our shipyards, making several stops throughout Italy.
But new challenges and opportunities lie ahead: in January, we will also debut abroad at Boot Düsseldorf, presenting the 340 Regina with outboard engines.
